MARGATE - On November 2, 2016, the Plaintiff in a negligence action filed a complaint against Walmart alleging they were responsible for a shopping cart incident.

8According to the complaint, the Plaintiff was struck by multiple shopping carts that one of the Defendant's employees were pushing. As a result, the Plaintiff sustained severe, grievous, and permanent injuries that are said to be permanent or continuing in nature.

The Plaintiff is alleging that the Defendant was negligent by allowing a dangerous condition to exist without warning the invitees.

The Plaintiffs demand judgment against the Defendant for damages in excess of $15,000, plus costs, and demands a trial by jury. Additionally, the Plaintiffs are represented by Jordan M.Kirby, ESQ. of Rubenstein Law, P.A in Plantation.
