CITY OF HOLLYWOOD - Telstar Condominium, Inc. is being sued for negligence after an ankle injury that occurred on their property.

Plaintiff, Kimberly Lowe, was a resident of Telstar Condominiums. She was injured on December 22, 2015, while taking the trash out the trash containers. The door that leads to the trash containers snapped back and hit her right ankle.

According to the complaint, the impact caused a severe laceration to her ankle and Achilles tendon. The complaint also states that the Defendant had actual and/or constructive notice of the dangerous condition but failed to maintain or repair it.

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the defendant for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and attorneys fees. She is represented by Mark D. Press, Esq. of Mark D Press, P.A in Hollywood.
