OAKLAND PARK - A complaint was filed on October 26, 2016 alleging negligence after a tenant is injured in the bathroom of the warehouse.

11According to the complaint, the Plaintiff, Jack Kasparian, was the tenant renting units from the Defendants, and maintained by Broward Properties, Inc. On November 28, 2012, he walked into the bathroom of the warehouse and was caused to slip and fall due to inadequate lighting and the floor being covered with accumulated shavings and/or wood dust from deteriorating walls and ceilings. 

As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff suffered serious injuries including pain, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, and furthermore was forced to incur medical expenses. 

The Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants for damages in excess of $15,000, costs, and any other relief the Court may deem appropriate. Additionally, the Plaintiff is represented by James Loren, ESQ. of Loren Law Group in Plantation.
