FORT LAUDERDALE - A woman sues the at-fault driver, his employer, and her insurance due to a car collision.

The Plaintiff, Alexandra Ismeal, filed a complaint on September 2, 2016 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court against State Farm Automobile Insurance Company, B&L Service Inc., and Johnny Bien-Aime alleging Johnny was negligent in casing a collision with her vehicle.

According to the complaint, on September 4, 2012, the Defendant, Johnny was operating a vehicle owned by his employer, B&L Service, with consent and permission. Due to his negligence, Alexandra's vehicle was struck by the vehicle he was operating. As a result, Alexandra sustained serious injuries in her neck, head, back, and limbs.

On the first count, Johnny is found negligent for carelessly and negligently operating and/or maintaining and controlling the vehicle he was given permission to drive. On the second count, State Farm is being sued because they will not reach a settlement with the Plaintiff for the underinsured negligent driver. On the third count, B&L is found vicariously liable for its employee's negligence.

The Plaintiff requests a trial by jury of all issues and also demands judgment against Johnny Bien-Aime, B&L Service, and State Farm for compensatory damages in the amount of $15,000, costs, and a trial by jury of all issues. She is represented by G. William Allen, Jr., Esq. in Ft. Lauderdale.
